Terms of sale
Last updated 3 October 2026
What you are agreeing to when you order a book, what we promise in return, and what happens if something goes wrong. Written to be read.
1Who you are buying from
Pixorh.
Write to us at support@pixorh.com. That address is monitored and is where a cancellation, a complaint or a legal notice should be sent.
Not currently registered for sales tax; prices include no sales tax element.
2Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you to confirm it, not when you press the button. So if something is mispriced, or we cannot print what you have designed, we can decline and refund you in full before that point.
Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include delivery. No sales tax is charged at present. The price you see in the basket is the price you pay.
3Your photographs stay yours
You keep every right you had in the photographs you upload. We claim nothing.
You give us permission to store, reproduce and print them only so far as is needed to make and deliver your book, and to keep a copy afterwards for the period set out in our privacy notice so a damaged book can be reprinted without asking you for the files again. We will not show your photographs to anyone, publish them, or use them to advertise, unless you specifically tell us we may.
4What you may not upload
You confirm that you own or have permission to print every photograph you upload, and that doing so breaks no one else’s copyright.
You must not upload anything unlawful. That includes any indecent image of a child, anything that incites violence or hatred, and anything that infringes another person’s rights. We may refuse or cancel any order, and we are obliged to report certain material to the authorities.
If you believe something we have printed infringes your rights, write to support@pixorh.com and we will act promptly.
5Cancelling
Because every book is printed with your own photographs and made only for you, you will not have the usual 14-day right to change your mind once we begin printing. Your rights if a book arrives faulty, damaged or not as described are unaffected.
In plain terms: a book made from your photographs cannot be resold to anyone else, so the usual fourteen-day right to change your mind does not apply once printing starts. Several countries we ship to, the UK among them, write this exception for personalised goods into their own consumer law; Pakistan’s own law does not grant that right to begin with. Either way, we hold ourselves to the same rule.
Before printing begins you may cancel for any reason by emailing us, and we will refund you in full.
6If a book is faulty
Whatever statutory rights you have where you live are untouched by anything above, whether that is the UK’s Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your own country’s equivalent. Books must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Beyond that, we give you 30 days from delivery to tell us about anything you are unhappy with in the printing or binding. We will reprint it or refund you, your choice. See returns.
A book is not faulty because a photograph in it was low-resolution. The editor warns you before you order when a picture will print soft, and tells you which one.
7Delivery
We aim to deliver within 7 working days in Pakistan, about 17 days abroad of your order. Customs delays on international orders are outside our control; see shipping for what that can mean for duties.
8Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care.
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
We are not a backup service. Keep your own copies of your photographs.
9Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Karachi, Sindh. Nothing here takes away any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country under its own consumer law.
