Returns and refunds
Last updated 3 October 2026
A book of your photographs cannot be sold to anyone else, so the rules are different from ordinary shopping. Here is exactly where you stand.
1Before we print: cancel freely
Email support@pixorh.com with your order number. If printing has not started you get a full refund, no questions, no reason needed.
We will always confirm before a book goes to press, so there is a window.
2After we print: changing your mind
Because every book is printed with your own photographs and made only for you, you will not have the usual 14-day right to change your mind once we begin printing. Your rights if a book arrives faulty, damaged or not as described are unaffected.
In many countries we ship to, the UK included, ordinary online purchases carry a fourteen-day right to change your mind, with personalised goods excepted. Pakistan’s own consumer law does not grant that right to begin with. Either way, a book printed with your own photographs is about as personalised as an object gets. We cannot put it back on a shelf.
You are told this at checkout and asked to confirm you understand it before you can place the order. We would rather say it plainly up front than argue about it afterwards.
3If something is wrong with it
This is where your rights are strong, and nothing above touches them.
Wherever you live, a book must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described: under the UK’s Consumer Rights Act 2015 if that applies to you, or your own country’s equivalent. If it is not, you can reject it within 30 days for a full refund, or ask for a replacement.
On top of that, we give you 30 days from delivery to tell us about anything you are unhappy with in the printing or binding. A smudge, a crooked trim, a page that will not lie flat. Reprint or refund, your choice. We would rather remake a book than have one sit in a drawer.
You do not need to send a faulty book back before we act, and you will never pay return postage on one.
4What is not a fault
A photograph that prints soft because the file was small. The editor checks every picture before you order, tells you which ones will print below 150 DPI and at what size, and asks you to confirm before continuing. We cannot add detail a file does not contain.
Colour on paper never matches a backlit screen exactly. We print to a calibrated profile; a slight shift in warmth is the medium, not a defect.
Typos and layout choices you made. We print what you designed.
5How to claim
Email support@pixorh.com with your order number and a photograph of the problem. That is usually all we need, and most cases are settled the same day.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
