7 working days from order to doorstep in Pakistan, and about 17 days to the rest of the world. These are estimates; the product page shows the date for your order. Nothing is held in stock: your book is printed and bound in Karachi, Pakistan after you order, which is most of that time.

If it is going to be longer we will email you rather than let the date pass quietly.

Worldwide, and the price you saw includes delivery. There is no shipping charge added at checkout, anywhere.

Every order is printed and posted from Karachi, so read this bit wherever you are ordering from.

Delivery is included, but import duty, local sales tax and a carrier’s handling fee are not the same thing as delivery, and we cannot pay them for you. Depending on where you are, the courier may ask you for them before handing the parcel over.

That charge is set by your country, not by us. You are the importer of record. If a parcel is refused because of it, the book comes back to us and we can only refund the value of the book. The shipping and the printing are already spent.

We would rather tell you this now than have you meet it at the door.

Books travel in a rigid board mailer, and they mostly arrive perfectly. When one does not, photograph the packaging as well as the book and email support@pixorh.com. We reprint. You do not pay postage and you do not need to send the damaged one back.

Tell us. We will chase the courier and, if it is genuinely lost, reprint and resend at our cost.
